The 12 month average sales price in Wasaga Beach calculated $449,350 at the end of July 2018 which is slightly down -0.47% from $451,455 at the end of June 2018 for a single family detached home. None the less, the average sales price in July 2018 has increased a positive +4.95% from end of July 2017 ($428,165).
Average days on Market in Wasaga Beach increased slightly again from 39 DOM in June 2018 to 45 DOM in July 2018. Both averages are a comfortable amount of time to effectively list, market, and complete a successful sale of a property in a balancing market.
And the average list to sale ratio entering August 2018 is 97.06%. This amount is inline with national averages and local averages over a longer period of years. This percentage ratio has been consistent for the past 12 months.
