<p>I have visited the sales centre which is impressive but nothing beats a model home. The ground has been broken and the building of these &#8220;Show Homes&#8221; as they are called in England is under way.New England Village definitely provides affordable golf course living.</p>
<p>Buyers purchase off the developer but I am more than happy to take anyone round to the sales office and give any advice required. Realtors do receive a referral fee from the developer but are not directly involved in the contract.</p>
