The new Village Builders Presentation Centre is located at 3 Caroline Street East, just across from the Creemore Farmers Market open every Saturday The new presentation centre features some of the finishes, treatments and quality of the work they do for our clients.
But before your head out to Creemore check out the web site for the Village of Creemore. Restaurants, art galleries, unique shops. Lots to see and do.
Make your first stop one of the many fine cafes or restaurants. All locally owned and operated. Just click for a list of our restaurants.
Next make sure you stop in at one of the book stores or galleries. All are within comfortable walking distance.
After that, make your way up Mill Street to Caroline Street East where you will find the Creemore Farmers Market at Station on the Green . ‘Simcoe County Farm Fresh’ is their motto. You will find lots of local produce and products…all farm fresh.
Once your shopping bags are full, you are only a short stroll to the new Village Builders Presentation Centre at 3 Caroline Street East directly across from the Farmers Market.
Creemore is also famous for its beer. Creemore Springs Brewery is located on Mill Street. . Take a tour of the brewery and even sample some of their offerings to finish off your day.

I have visited the sales centre which is impressive but nothing beats a model home. The ground has been broken and the building of these “Show Homes” as they are called in England is under way.New England Village definitely provides affordable golf course living.
Buyers purchase off the developer but I am more than happy to take anyone round to the sales office and give any advice required. Realtors do receive a referral fee from the developer but are not directly involved in the contract.
