A key one and one that can be forgotten in this world or scanning and email, is to negotiate the Purchase or Sale.

Any negotiations though can be undermined by the clients own actions and words.  A remark made in the enthusiasm to buy a house could end up costing a buyer thousands of Dollars 🙁
