July 14th 2010 MLS® New Lisitings Tour Of Homes For Sale In Wasaga Beach
WOW After A Short Dip For The Canada day Holiday Weekend, Normal Service Has Been Resumed. 16 New Listings On This Week’s MLS® Tour Of Homes For Sale In Wasaga Beach
Prices ranged from $112,500 to $1,800,000 !!
Interestingly some homes have been listed before but are back on at a lower price. There is still a tendency for some Sellers to insist on a higher price than the home is worth. The bad financial news of 2009 has resulted in this not happening as much but some Sellers are still unrealistic or to be honest too emotionally involved and cannot be objective.
Homes visited were in 10th Street North, River Road East, Meadow Lane, Georgian Glen, Golf Course Road, Westbury Road, River Road West, Royal Beech Drive, Acorn Crescent, Rose Valley Way, Maple Drive, Wasaga Sands Drive, Blake Court and 27/28 Nottawasaga Side Road.
