I find it amazing how inexpensive the homes in the residential areas of Wasaga Beach are compared to the more tourist seasonal areas closer to beaches…

Thanks for stopping by Rocco. That north/south divide of Mosley Street and River Road West makes a big difference in the cost of housing; you certainly get a lot of home for your money in areas like the Silver Birch Avenue.
I think I will double check with the municipality on the demographics of the Beach. 2 large elementary schools and approx 800 students bussed out to high schools reflects a large family group.
