• Historic Collingwood

Collingwood is ideally situated near the beautiful waters of Georgian Bay, the Niagara Escarpment and the world’s longest freshwater beach. • The Beautiful Blue Mountains

The 850 km Bruce Trail runs the length of the Niagara Escarpment and is Canada’s oldest and longest footpath. It provides the only continuous public access to the magnificent Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. 9 Bruce Trail Clubs are responsible for maintaining and promoting sections of the Trail.

• World’s Longest Freshwater Beach

Wasaga Beach has the longest freshwater beach in the world. It’s easy to see why this wonderful 14 km strip of sandy beach attracts visitors from around the world, drawn by the pristine beach, sparkling waters, dramatic sand dune system and the acres of parklands and trails available for walking and cycling.

• The Village At Blue Mountain

The Village at Blue Mountain has more than 40 boutiques and restaurants to explore in the beautiful pedestrian Village at the base of Blue Mountain. Be sure to try a Beaver Tail, a unique Canadian treat.

• Creemore

Creemore has a quiet ambience and charming streetscape in a rural setting. Events and cultural activities are always a highlight and there’s an array of captivating scenery, which will keep you coming back. Take a free tour of Creemore Springs, where brewing beer is done, as it was more than a hundred years ago.

• Thornbury and Clarksburg

Shop, dine and unwind in beautiful Thornbury. Stroll up Bruce Street, visit the wonderful village shops and continue to be impressed by the historic mansions of the village and peaceful neighbourhoods. Clarksburg is just 5 minutes past Thornbury and was named for the builder of the first mill in 1859, William Clark. Follow Bruce Street through Thornbury to Artsy Clarksburg. This little Village has become a Mecca for artists, and has become know as Artsburg.

• Meaford

Just 10 minutes past Thornbury lies the Municipality of Meaford, hugging the shores of Nottawasaga Bay, nestled near the craggy steeps of the Niagara Escarpment, and bounded by rolling hills and beautiful farmlands. Visit the beautiful Town Harbour, Memorial Park, The Opera House and Beautiful Joe Park.
