Using a REALTOR® to buy a new build home is just as important (maybe even more so) as when buying a resale home.

A level playing field is achieved only when you have your own Buyer’s Agent, a REALTOR® who enters into a relationship of Agency with someone looking to purchase a property. * Accompany you and your home inspector on a thorough property examination.
* Follow up with your Mortgage Lender, Lawyer’s Office, Developer and others until the home is legally yours.
